About Our Product

  1. For now, our online shop only contains teas that are on display and tea wares that are sufficient in quantity. If you are looking for something that is not on the shelf, please feel free to contact us.

  2. The description of each tea's flavor, fragrance, and texture are very subjective. If you wish to know more about them, you are welcome to reach out to us.

  3. Due to different setting, colors of the product may differ from screen to screen.

  4. The capacity and measurement of each product are hand-measured. Plus, the sizes of purple-clay teapots may change according to burning temperature and time. Thus, there may be approximately ±5 ml differences in capacity, and ±0.3 cm differences in measurements.

  5. Purple-clay is not only purple; it comes naturally in a variety of colors. It can also be affected by numerous factors such as mixing formula and burning temperature. That is why teapots labeled as the same color may not be exactly the same. Please check the pictures of the product for reference.

Return & Refund

  1. All orders placed online will enjoy a 7 day return regardless of reasons. Please send us a chat message if you wish to return your order.

  2. Shipping fee is not refundable. If the order does not reach the requirements for free shipping, shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

  3. All return product, including gifts, attachments, and wrappings, must not be opened, altered, or damaged, unless faulty.

  4. Receipt should also be return along with the product.

  5. In case of faulty or product damaged during shipping, please email to with pictures and details of the damaged goods. Once confirmed, the damaged goods will be replaced or refunded.


International Order

  1.   We ship internationally on all of our product. If you cannot find your country while checking out, please contact us so we can help you.

  2. Due to the local custom regulations, some countries (eg. New Zealand) do not allow import of foreign tea. Please confirm with your local authority before placing orders.

  3. The customer is solely responsible for all duties, fees, taxes or applicable charges relating to the package.

Modify / Cancel Order

  1.     All orders can be modify or cancel before shipping, please contact us in time if necessary.

  2. After the order is shipped, we cannot take it back. If you need to modify or cancel it, please place another order and/or simply return it within 7 days upon receiving. You may visit return & refund section for more details.

  2. All prices are listed in Taiwanese Dollars, the exchange rate will be determined by the financial institution that processed your transaction according to the time processed.


Shipping Rate & Time

  1. Free domestic shipping on orders over $1,500. Available for CVS and postal shipping.

  2. If you plan on using domestic CVS shipping, please check the pickup store information for 7-11 or other CVS and fill the information in your order notes.

  3. Domestic shipping time: For main island, standard & CVS shipping takes about 2-3 days​​; express shipping takes about 0.5-1 day(s). For outlaying island and remote area, standard & CVS shipping takes about 3-5 days; express shipping takes 1 day.

  4. CVS shipping are limited to a smaller package size. If you have a large order of bulkier teas (eg. White Tea), postal shipping will be a better choice.

  5. For shipping fee on your selected country, please refer to your checkout page.

  6. International shipping fee shown during checkout are limited to packages with less than 5kg of volumetric weight. For wholesaler orders, please contact us directly.

  7. We offer air shipping on all international orders. Here is a list of the countries we are currently shipping to. If you cannot find your destination on the list, please feel free to contact us. We are more than happy to help. (In countries with "*," express shipping are limited to certain area, contact us for more details.)
